If you wish to cancel your booking or part of it, you must contact us as soon as possible. Once your booking has been cancelled, you can expect to receive a cancellation invoice within 15 days. If you do not receive your cancellation invoice, please contact us.
These charges are based on how many days before your retreat start date we receive your cancellation notice and our percentage of the total cost of your booking.
All booked retreats will incur a 40% non-refundable deposit.
The period before the retreat start date when notice of cancellation is received = cancellation fee based upon total booking price
90 day or more = loss of deposit, 0% cancellation fee*
89-46 days = 70% cancellation fee (deposit included)*
45-0 days = 100% cancellation fee (deposit included)*
*Your deposit is non-refundable, even if the cancellation charge calculated is lower than the deposit amount paid.
Event Cancellation Policy
Fleek Retreats reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to an event, for any circumstances beyond the Fleek Retreats’ reasonable control. This includes the cancellation of an event itself.
Fleek Retreats’ maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the retreat registration fee. Fleek Retreats accepts no additional liability for travel, accommodation or any other additional costs incurred.
