Gianluca Dongili is a chef with a diploma from the ‘Istituto Professionale Alberghiero ‘A. Berti’ in Verona, Italy. His passion for cooking came from his early experiences at his families holiday farm: a well-known family restaurant since 1990. After he received his diploma, Gianluca increased his training opportunities working in different restaurants and pubs in Italy and in foreign countries, from Belgium to Australia.
More recently, he returned to his family farm to collaborate and to manage the family restaurant, which specialises in vegetarian food from local and homegrown products. Slow-food at it's best.
Gianluca is also a well known private chef who specialises in a variety of different cuisines, one of his more recent appetites being for fish dishes.
